The Forge is a weekly gathering of men under The Company of Men, built for men who want to become stronger in their faith, character, discipline, and purpose.
The Forge is a place where men come together as brothers and warriors of God—not pretending to have everything figured out, but willing to be honest, challenged, sharpened, and changed.
Each gathering is centered around meaningful conversation and practical growth. Men will wrestle with a conviction question, examine what biblical masculinity looks like, and break down examples of manhood, leadership, sacrifice, courage, weakness, and redemption found in movies, books, stories, and real life.
The Forge is meant to be an open place where a man knows he is loved enough to be welcomed as he is and challenged enough not to stay there.
This is not a place for passive men.
It is a place to ask hard questions, confront weaknesses, build discipline, encourage brothers, learn from one another, and grow closer to God.
Like iron placed in a forge, men are shaped through heat, pressure, truth, brotherhood, and purpose.
We believe men become stronger when they stop fighting alone.
At The Forge, we stand man to man, sharpen one another, and continually strive to become the men God has called us to be.
Come as you are.
Leave sharper than you came.
